Running Wylder brought Rockaway Construction in to transform a former Marina District bank into a modern running and lifestyle destination. The adaptive reuse buildout started from scratch, gutting the existing space and rebuilding from the inside out to shed the tight layouts, dated systems, and infrastructure that didn’t fit the brand.

We delivered an open-plan retail layout with upgraded MEP systems, contemporary lighting, and clean finishes that match Running Wylder’s premium, on-trend positioning. The result is a bright, high-energy space that functions as both a curated retail experience and a community home base for group runs and local fitness events.
